To filter results, use the following criteria to specify which referrals to include in the ranking results:
To filter referral results:
Select Referral > Rankings & Ratings. The Compute Referral Ranking window is displayed.
Enter the criteria to generate results and click Process. The Referral Rankings window is displayed.
Click Filter. The Specify Filter window is displayed.
Use the drop-down list to select Bell Curve Rating or Straight Curve Rating.
Assign a rating between 1 and 5. If you select the checkbox labeled 1 and deselect the others, then only the top-rated referrals are listed. If you select only checkbox 5, then only the lowest-rated referrals are listed. If you check all 5 boxes, all referrals are listed.
Select Ranking to have the software rank each referral from 1 to x, where x is the total number of referrals. The top-rated referral is ranked 1. If there are 50 referrals, the lowest-rated referral has the value of 50. You can select Rating and then enter 1 to 20 to see only the top 20 referrals.
Select from the following financial and patient count categories: Patients Referred, Charge Amounts, Payment Amounts, and Adjustment Amounts.
Click Ok. The results are displayed in the Referral Rankings window.
To remove a filter, click No Filter.
