Creating an Appointment Profile Report

The Appointment Profile Report enables the practice to prepare for future appointments. Materials and equipment can be ordered ahead of time and additional staff can be scheduled if necessary.

Appointment notes, allergies, and medical alerts can also be included in this report.

To create an Appointment Profile report:

  1. Select Reports > Scheduler > Appointment Profile. The Appointment Profile Report window is displayed.

  2. In the From and To fields, type the dates for which you need this report.

  3. In the Appt. Type field, select the type of appointment you want to profile in this report. You can add as many appointment types as you need to with this field.

To add several appointment types at once, click here:

  1. In the Include section, select the appropriate checkboxes.

  2. In the Group by section, select the appropriate checkboxes.

  3. In the Sort Order section, select the radio button next to your preferred sorting method.

  4. Click Print. The Print Appointment Profile Report window is displayed.

  5. Change your printer settings as needed.

  6. To print the report, click Print, or to view the report on your computer, click Preview.
