Exporting Data for Enhanced Reporting

Creating a Patient Demographics Data Export

To create a Patient Demographics data export:

1. Select Reports > Data Export > Patient Demographics. The Patient Demographic Data Export window is displayed.

2. Select criteria from the following tabs:

• Patient Info

• Zip Code

• Billing Category

• Office/Provider

3. On the Output tab, select the output columns for your export.
