Using the InfoUnPlugged Module

The main menu displays four primary areas of functionality: Appointments, Patients, Referrals, and Reports. Each of these is summarized below.

• AppointmentsAppointmentsClick this button to view your appointment schedule or process a patient.

• PatientsPatientsClick this button to view detailed patient information or process a patient.

• ReferralsReferralsClick this button to view detailed referral information and statistics.

• ReportsReportsClick this button to print the Day Sheet and Night Call reports.

Patient processing can be initiated in the Appointment window or the Patient Search window. In most cases, the Appointment window provides access to scheduled patients on a specific day. Non-scheduled patients must be accessed through the Patient Search window for processing.

Patient processing with the InfoUnPlugged module enables you to enter data without scanning or using paper tickets. Encounter windows are used instead of the paper ticket. The module encounter windows use the same setup data as optical paper tickets. To customize the module’s encounter windows, customize your optical tickets.
