Using Search Fields and Selecting Data

The search fields limit the retrieval of data to only those data records that match the specified criteria. To display all the records in the database, click Display All. This option is available on most search windows.

To find and select data using search fields:

  1. Select a search field to enter search criteria.

  2. Enter the text to use and click Find. The search results are displayed.

  3. Click the data record to select it. Click Ok.
