The WinOMS software supports up to nine user-defined security levels. Each user is assigned a security level, and multiple users can be assigned to the same security level. When assigning a security level, designate the rights and restrictions for each level.
To set up or change security levels:
Select Utilities > Security. The Set Security Level Permissions window is displayed.
Select a feature in the left pane. To expand a feature list, click the plus sign. To collapse a feature list, click the minus sign.
To view columns to the far right of the window, use the scroll bars to navigate to the column. Move the column by clicking and dragging the column heading to a more visible position.
Select a security level by clicking a column in the right pane.
Select the applicable boxes to grant or deny permission for the selected features. Click Ok.
