The digital forms preferences specify how you want WinOMS to handle your digital forms.
To set up digital forms preferences:
Select Tables > Practice > Charting Preferences. The Charting Preferences window is displayed with the Digital Forms tab selected.
Under Digital Form Settings, the following options are selected by default:
Allow Digital Forms to be Manually Locked (User Verification Required)
Use Digital Forms to Display
Completed Narratives
You can deselect these options or change the verification requirement as needed.
Use the drop-down list to select the digital form to be used for the Anesthesia auto-merge field.
Select the version of Microsoft Word to use for digital forms.
Click Ok.
