Defining Recall Items

Recall items enable you to quickly access a list of people that you need to recall.

To define a Recall item:

  1. On the Experts tab, select Recall from the Office Expert Category field.

  2. Click New. The Patient Recall Report window is displayed.

  3. In the Report Criteria section, set the following options:

  1. Select one of the following date options:

  2. Recall Date

  3. Days Overdue

  1. Click Ok.
