Defining Credit Balance Items

Credit Balance items enable you to access information about accounts with credit balances.

To define a Credit Balance item:

1. On the Experts tab, select Credit Balance from the Office Expert Category field.

2. Click New. The Credit Balance Report window is displayed.

3. Set the following options in the Report Criteria section:

• Charge Cutoff DateExcludes credit balances due to charges posted after a certain date

• OfficeName of an office location

• ProviderName of a provider

4. Click Ok.
