Defining Appointment Confirmation Items

To define an Appointment Confirmation item:

  1. On the Experts tab, select Appointment Confirmation in the Office Expert Category field.

  2. Click New. The Appointment Confirmation window is displayed.

  3. In the Office field, select an office from the drop-down list.

  4. In the Date field, click Search to select a range of dates to use. The Date Selection window is displayed.

  5. In the Appointment Date From and Appointment Date Thru fields, select beginning and ending dates from the drop-down lists.

  6. Click Ok to close the Date Selection window.

  7. Click Ok to close the Appointment Confirmation window.
