To define an Appointment Confirmation item:
On the Experts tab, select Appointment Confirmation in the Office Expert Category field.
Click New. The Appointment Confirmation window is displayed.
In the Office field, select an office from the drop-down list.
In the Date field, click to select a range of dates to use. The Date Selection window is displayed.
In the Appointment Date From and Appointment Date Thru fields, select beginning and ending dates from the drop-down lists.
Click Ok to close the Date Selection window.
Click Ok to close the Appointment Confirmation window.
