Merging Anesthesia Records with Digital Forms

To merge a patient’s anesthesia record with a digital form:

1. In the Patient window, select EMR > Anesthesia. The patient's anesthesia records are displayed.

2. Select the record, right-click, and select Advanced > Merge using Default Anesthesia Form. The default anesthesia digital form is opened.

4. To select a form other than the default Anesthesia Record digital form, right-click and select Advanced > Select Form for Merge. Use the Digital Form Search window to find and select the form to use.
