If you set up the SoftDent software to print receipts for ePayments Secure transactions, you are prompted to print the receipt when the transaction is complete.
This is a setting that Support will help you configure when you initially set up ePayments Secure, as it is found on a password-protected window.
To print a receipt after the transaction is complete:
In the Patient window, click Transactions. The patient Transactions List window is displayed.
Select the transaction for which you want to print a receipt.
Select Credit Card Receipt from the Options section of the Express bar.
