Viewing the Assistant's Info Window

The Assistant's Info window enables you to view patient information from any tab of the Charting for window. The first page displays any personal notes (for example, 'John is a big baseball fan.') you might have entered on the Notes tab of the Patient window. The remaining pages display information including the patient's medical alerts (if applicable), last panoral, bitewing, or full series exam dates, next recare date, and whether a recare appointment is scheduled.

Use the Assistant's Info window in the following ways:

• To display the Assistant's Info window:On any tab in the Charting for window, select View > Review Assistant's Info. The Assistant's Info window is displayed.

• To close the Assistant's Info window:Click anywhere outside of the Assistant's Info window.

• To change the position of the Assistant's Info window:Click the SoftDent icon at the bottom of the Assistant's Info window and drag the window to the new location.

• To keep the Assistant's Info window open:Click the pin icon to anchor the window. To close the window when anchored, click the pin icon and then click anywhere outside of the Assistant's Info window.
