Training the Voice Activation Module

Because your office has various noise and audio levels throughout the day, training the voice activation module in multiple situations (i.e.: low-level, mid-level, high-level, with mask, without mask, and so forth) enables Speech Recognition to adjust to the average audio and noise levels in the office.

To train the voice activation module:

1. Open the Control Panel in Windows.

2. Click Ease of Access, and select Speech Recognition.

3. Click Train your computer to better understand you.

4. Follow the prompts that display.

5. Repeat the above steps at least three times while various audio levels exist within the office.
