When the patient is ready to apply for CareCredit, you can have the patient complete an application on the CareCredit web site. In many cases, the patient can receive an instant credit decision. Upon credit approval, you can schedule the procedure immediately.
To access the CareCredit web site and online application:
From the Patient or Account window, click CareCredit Integration on the Express bar, and select Online Application. The Online CareCredit Application window is displayed.
Select the provider, and click OK. The CareCredit web site opens, and the Online Application Processing message is displayed.
Follow the instructions on the window, complete the online application, and click Submit. The office will receive a real-time message regarding the patient's approval.
