Using the Toolbar

The toolbar is displayed at the top of the active window in the client area of the Enhanced Workspace. Toolbar buttons that are disabled and greyed out indicate that you do not have the appropriate security access rights or that the operation is not available from the current mode.

Example:Find is disabled while you view the patient record details.

To select a toolbar button, click the button.

• If the window is displayed in SCAN mode, press the key corresponding to the underlined letter on the button.

Example:Press D to delete a record.

• If the window is displayed in ADD or EDIT mode, press Alt + the underlined letter on the button keys.

Example:If you are editing a record, press the Alt key + C to cancel the edits.
