Handling Patient Medical History
When a medical history is associated with a patient, the following is true:
A red cross is displayed in the Alerts column of the Patient List window.
A cross is displayed at the bottom of a patient appointment in the Scheduler window.
Medical alert information is displayed in the patient banner, in the patient chart.
Medical alert information is displayed in the Med Alerts field in the Confirm Appt for window.
Medical alert information is displayed on Page 1 of the Assistant.
The Med Hist. field on the Dates tab of the patient record is updated each time you enter medical history information. This date is also updated when you print a Medical History quick letter.
The date of the last medical history entry is displayed in the Last History column in the InOffice window.
Patient history information is printed on the schedule printout, routing slips, and the Patient Information report.
