Testing Communications

To test communications, do the following:

Select an option:

• In the eServices window:Click Receive Only.

• From the main menu at the top of the window:Select Submit Data > Receive Only.

eServices connects with the eServices server through the Internet or modem, and  reports are downloaded to your computer. The Report List window is displayed, and you can preview and print the reports that are listed.

2. If you must press additional buttons on your telephone to access a dial tone, you might need to switch the modem to a line with direct access to a dial tone.
