Creating TeamTalk Notes for Contacts

You can set up TeamTalk notes to display for a specific event, for a specific patient or account, and for a specific time range.

To add a TeamTalk note to a patient or account contact:

  1. In the Contact Expert window, select a record from the list in the left pane.

  2. Select Create TeamTalk Note from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The TeamTalk Setup window is displayed.

  3. Select the events to trigger the note from the When list located in the Show Note section.

  5. To display the note the next time the event is performed:

  1. Type a note description in the Description field.

  2. Type the note text in the Text field.

  3. To play a sound when the note is displayed, select Play sound when note appears.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Close.
