When you suspend a claim, you remove it from the current transmission, and the claim is displayed in the Claim Submission List window the next time you load claims.
To suspend a claim, select an option:
To delete a claim and place it in the batch print file, select an option:
A message asks you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes. The claim is removed from the batch. You can print deleted claims later.
