Selecting Conditions to Be Displayed

To select and dictate the display order for conditions:

1. Select System > Customize Medical History. The Medical Conditions List window is displayed.

2. Press Enter, and click Change Order. The Select and Sort Conditions To Be Displayed window is displayed.

3. Select an option:

4. To display a hidden condition on the Conditions tab of the Medical History window:Select it from the Hidden Conditions section, and click Add in the Display section.

5. To hide a condition that is currently displayed on the Conditions tab of the Medical History window:Select it from the Displayed Conditions section, and click Remove in the Display section.

• Add is disabled after fifty conditions are displayed in the Displayed Conditions section.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Close.
