Running the Schools by ID Report

The Schools by ID report generates a list of schools in the database. The list is sorted by identification number.

Sample Report

For each school, the report includes:

• Identification number

• Name

• Address

• Contact person

To run the Schools By ID report:

1. Select Reports > Insurance > Schools By ID. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select an output option and click OK. The Schools By ID Report Setup window is displayed.

3. Select the first and last school identification numbers to include in the report from the drop-down lists.

4. Click OK.
