Registering for a Carestream Dental Institute Account

Before you can access an interactive web training course, you must register with the Carestream Dental Institute.

To register an individual for an interactive web training course:

Click Carestream Dental Institute or type http://www.carestreamdental.com/cdi into the Internet browser address field.
Click Register.
In the Registration User Information sheet, type the information for your office.
E-mail or fax the form to Carestream Dental.
