Running the Referring Doctor List by ID Report

The Referring Doctor List by ID report generates a list of incoming and outgoing referring doctors by identification number.

Sample Report

To run the Referring Doctor List by ID report:

1. Select Reports > Provider/Referring Dr > Referring Doctor > ID.  The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK.  The Referring Doctor by ID Report window is displayed.

3. In the Referring Doctors section, click the drop-down arrows to select the starting and ending doctor identification numbers from a list.

4. To include inactive referring doctors, click the Include Inactive Referring Doctors option.

5. Select the appropriate option from the Options section.

6. To use color shading in the report, click the Include Color Shading option.

7. Click OK.
