Using Receive Only

Use Receive Only to:

• Verify the connection between your computer’s modem or Internet connection and the eServices network

• Download reports and notices without transmitting claims

To use the Receive Only option, select an option:

• In the eServices window:Click Receive Only.

• From the main menu:Select Submit Data > Receive Only.

Pending reports are downloaded to your computer, and the Report List window is displayed. You can preview and print reports from this window.
