Running the Provider Productions Forecast by ADA Code Report

The Provider Productions Forecast by ADA Code report identifies which production doctor brings in the largest percent of income for each procedure.

The report includes:

• Procedural identification number

• Procedure name

• Procedural fee

• Number of procedures scheduled by the selected provider

• Number of procedures scheduled for the selected group

• Percentage of group income generated by a specified provider

• Income generated by the selected provider

• Usual and customary rate charged by the selected provider

• Income generated by the group

• Usual and customary rate charged by the group

• Percentage of group usual and customary rate income generated by the selected provider

• Production rate for the doctor and group

Sample Report

To run the Provider Productions Forecast by ADA Code report:

1. Select Reports > Practice Management > Sched/Appt Reports > Provider By ADA Forecast. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select an output option and click OK. The Provider Forecast Report Setup window is displayed.

3. Select the production date range from the drop-down lists.

4. Select the identification numbers for the providers to include in the report from the Providers section, or leave 999 to report on all providers.

5. Click OK.
