Payments:Enters bulk account payments (single payments that cover multiple patients in the account).

Guarantors:Displays, adds, edits, and deletes patient guarantor and insurance information.

View Insurance Company:Displays insurance information for the patient's primary or secondary insurance company.

Appointments:Schedules the patient appointment.

Appt Book:Displays the Single Day View window, where you can schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments.

Treatment Plan:Adds, deletes, and posts treatment plan procedures or groups.

Lab Cases:Displays a list of outstanding lab cases.

Missing Teeth:Denotes missing permanent or primary teeth.

View Claim for Transaction:Edits claim information. You can also reprint or resubmit primary and secondary claims from this window.

Documents:Displays any documents attached to the claim.

Completed Claims:Displays a list of completed claims for the transaction.

X-fer to Account Budget Plan:Transfers any part of the account balance to a fixed or revolving loan budget plan.

Acct Budget Plan:Adds, edits, and deletes budget plans.

Patient Budget Plan:Displays the Patient Budget Plan window.

Attending Dr Statement:Prints a valid statement of treatment the patient can submit to an insurance company if your office does not submit insurance claims.

Account Walkout:Prints a walkout statement showing the account transactions for the current date.

Patient Walkout:Prints a walkout statement showing the patient transactions for the current date.

Print Transactions:Prints a list of patient transactions posted within a specific date range.

Print Appointments:Prints the next scheduled appointment and procedural details for the patient.

View Credit Card Number:Displays credit card information. To use this feature, you must purchase ePayments.

Auto Dialer:Contacts a patient via your computer modem.

Zoom:Displays the transaction details.

Trans History:Displays compressed patient transactions.

Compression:Compresses transactions to increase file space. Use this option only if the patient has more than 400 transactions. All transactions posted within a selected date range are replaced with a compression debit or credit balance entry.

Clinical Notes:Adds a clinical note or displays an existing clinical note for the patient.

DITTO:Displays the Treatment Plan window. When the window is displayed, the information for the last entered transaction is displayed.
