Running the Patient Referrals by Name Report

The Patient Referrals by Name report generates a list of referrals made by patients during a specified period. It includes the production generated by each patient’s referrals, as well as the total and average production for all referred patients.

Sample Report

To run the Patient Referrals by Name report:

1. Select Reports > Practice Management > Referral Reports > Patient. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output and click OK. The Patient Referrals By Name Report Setup window is displayed.

3. In the Referring Source Name section, click the drop-down arrows to select the starting and ending referring patient names.

4. In the Referral Date section, click the drop-down arrows to select the starting and ending dates from a calendar.

5. In the Patient User Codes section, type the user codes to include or exclude from the report.

6. To include inactive patients in the report, click the Include Inactive Patients option.

7. Click OK.
