Running the Patients by Insurance Company by Company ID Report

The Patients by Insurance Company by Company ID report generates an alphabetical list of patients assigned to plans offered by an insurance company, sorted by company ID.

Sample Report

To generate a list of patients assigned to insurance companies by company ID:

1. Select Reports > Insurance > Patients by Company. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select an output option and click OK. The Patients By Insurance Company Report window is displayed.

3. Select the starting and ending identification numbers.

4. Select an option:

5. To include information for patients with a specific user code:Type the code in the Include field.

6. To exclude information for patients with a specific user code:Type the code in the Exclude field.

5. Click OK.
