Running the Patients by Insurance Company by Company Name Report

The Patients by Insurance Company by Company Name report generates an alphabetical list of patients insured by a specific insurance company, sorted by company name.

To generate a list of patients assigned to insurance companies by company name:

1. Select Reports > Insurance > Patients by Company. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select an output option and click OK. The Patients By Insurance Company Report window is displayed.

3. Select the starting and ending company names.

5. To include information for patients with a specific user code:Type the code in the Include field.

6. To exclude information for patients with a specific user code:Type the code in the Exclude field.

5. Click OK.
