Posting Patient Checks

To post a check payment:

  1. Select an option:

  2. In the Patient List window:

  3. In the Patient window:

The patient Transactions List window is displayed.

  1. Select Payments. The Payments window is displayed.

  1. Select Personal in the Select Operation section. The Payments - Personal Payment window is displayed.

  2. To post a check payment, type the check amount, check number, and bank number and verify the check date. This information is printed on the deposit slip.

  3. Press Tab.

  4. To add a note, select the Notes column for the transaction, and type the information.

  5. Click Post.
