Inserting Placeholders into Case Blueprints and ADA Procedure Presentations

You can insert the following information placeholders into a case blueprint or ADA procedure presentation:

• Patient portrait

• Name

• Address

• Phone number

• Chart

• Images

• Financial

• ADA code

When the patient presentation is assembled:The placeholder is replaced with the appropriate patient data.

1. While viewing the case blueprint or ADA procedure presentation, select the placeholder from the Insert > SoftDent Placeholders menu.

2. Move the placeholder to the appropriate location.

3. Click Save and close the PowerPoint software.
