Running the Other Facilities by ID Report

Other facilities are locations other than your office that can be used on medical procedure claim forms.

The Other Facilities by ID report generates a list of other facilities in the database. The list is sorted by identification number.

For each facility, the report includes:

To run the Other Facilities by ID report:

  1. Select Reports > Insurance > Other Facilities By ID. The Output Options window is displayed.

  2. Select an output option and click OK. The Other Facilities By ID Report Setup window is displayed.

  3. Select the first and last other facility identification numbers to include in the report from the drop-down lists.

  4. To include other facilities that are inactive, select Include Inactive Other Facilities.

  5. To use color shading in the report, select Include Color Shading.

  6. Click OK.
