When you click a Main Menu bar heading, a drop-down list is displayed. The list contains the features and functions that can be accessed from the menu heading. Menu items can be selected using the mouse or keyboard. If a menu item is displayed in grey text, the option is not available or you do not have access to the feature.
To select a Main Menu item, select an option:
Place the mouse pointer on the menu heading, left-click, scroll down the menu, and left-click to select the menu item.
Some menu items are assigned unrelated keystrokes. For example, to select the Failed Appointments report from the Reports menu, press Alt + R and then press 1.
Hold down the Alt key and press the key of the underlined letter in the menu heading. Press the key of the underlined letter of the menu item.
If one or more menus or submenus are displayed from the Main Menu heading, press Esc to close one menu at a time. The triangle symbol next to a menu item indicates there is a submenu.
