Handling Patient Medical History

Understanding Medical History Window Options

In the Medical History window, you can print the following associated with a patient:

• Currently displayed medical history

• Blank medical history

• Prescriptions history

The commands available from the Options menu on the Express bar when using the Enhanced Workspace are:

• Print Current Medical History:Prints the selected medical history.

• Print Blank Medical History:Prints a blank medical history form.

• Print Prescriptions History:Displays the Prescriptions For window for the selected patient. Use this window to refill, delete, and prescribe medications.
