Carriers/Insurance Companies

To view a list of Trojan insurance companies associated with Trojan employer plans:

1. Select List > Trojan > Traditional Plans > Carrier List.

2. The Carrier list window is displayed, showing a list of insurance companies, or carriers. This list can be sorted by name or by Trojan ID number. The default is Name. To sort by ID, click ID.

3. To see details about a particular insurance company, enter the plan’s name in the Find field and press Enter. The record is highlighted in the list window. Press Enter.

4. The Carrier record is displayed and contains the following fields:

5. Administration ID:Administration ID:Displays the insurance company's ID name or number assigned by Trojan.

6. Phone Number:Phone Number:Lists the carrier's corporate telephone number.

7. Company Name:Company Name:Displays the insurance company's name.

8. Address:Address:Displays the corporate address.

9. ID:ID:Displays the ID number of the software insurance company that is linked to this Trojan insurance company.

10. Payor ID:Payor ID:Displays the payor ID number used when filing insurance claims electronically.
