At the end of the day, when you run the final daysheet, the daily receivables totals are calculated and the information is saved in the RCVTOT.DAT file.
This file:
Tracks your current and past receivables
Can also be used to create summaries from past days and to generate reports that show receivables comparisons
In addition, the receivables total is printed on the daysheet and can be printed on all register reports.
