Editing a Clinical Condition

To edit a clinical condition:

1. Select List > Clinical Conditions. The Clinical Conditions List window is displayed.

2. You cannot edit the clinical conditions provided with the software.

2. Select a condition and click Edit. The Clinical Conditions window is displayed.

3. Edit the condition description.

4. Click OK.

• You cannot delete clinical conditions. Mark unused conditions inactive.
