Editing Accounts

To edit an existing account record:

1. Select an option:

• From the Main Menu bar:Select List > Account. The Account List window is displayed. Double-click the account from the list.

• From the patient chart:Click the link in the In Account section of the patient banner.

 The Account window is displayed.

2. Make the changes and click OK. If you change the account guarantor’s address or phone number, you are prompted to update the information for all other patients in the account.
