Running the Diagnosis Codes Report

The Diagnosis Codes report lists all of the diagnosis codes in the database, along with their descriptions.

Sample Report

To run the Diagnosis Codes report:

1. Select Reports > ADA/Trans/Diag Codes > Diagnosis Codes. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select an output and click OK. The Diagnosis Code Report Setup window is displayed.

3. In the Diagnosis Codes section, click the drop-down arrows to select the starting and ending diagnosis codes from a list.

4. Select an option:

5. To include inactive diagnosis codes:Select Include Inactive Diagnosis Codes.

6. To include color and shading in the report:Select Include Color/Shading.

5. Click OK.
