Deleting Exams

To delete exam information on the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container:

1. On the Restorative, Perio, Exams, or Treatment Planning tab in the Chart for window, click the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container.

2. Select Exams located in the History column of the Filter Dialog section.

3. Select the exam, right-click, and select Delete. A prompt is displayed, asking if you are sure you want to delete the exam.

4. Click Yes.

5. You can delete multiple exams at one time by selecting the exams on the list and selecting Delete.
