Deleting Account Payments

You can delete payments that have been posted to an account. Only delete bulk payments if you post a bulk account payment to the wrong account or for the wrong amount.

To delete an account payment:

1. In the Payments window, select the payment and select Delete from the Options section of the Express bar. A message that asks you to confirm the deletion is displayed.

2. Click Yes.

3. Run the Account Aging report, including accounts with a credit balance, to generate a list of accounts that are due refunds.
