Deleting a Prescription
To delete a prescription:

Select an option:

In the Patient List window:Select the patient and select Clinical Management > Prescription History from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.

In the Patient window:Select Clinical Management > Prescription History from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.

In the patient chart:Hover over the Prescriptions section of the patient banner and click the link, or click the Prescription button on the Common toolbar.

In the Account List window:Select the patient and select Patients from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. The list of patients associated with the account is displayed in the Patient List window. Select Clinical Management > Prescription History from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.

In the Account window:Select Patients from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. The list of patients associated with the account is displayed in the Patient List window. Select Clinical Management > Prescription History from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.
The list of prescriptions for the selected patient is displayed in the Prescriptions for List window.

Select the prescription and click Delete on the toolbar. You can also drag the prescription from the list to the Delete drag-and-drop icon at the bottom of the window.
A message prompts you to confirm the deletion.

Click Yes.
