Configuring Patient eForms Settings

Use the Patient eForms Settings window to enable or disable eForms delivery for a patient or responsible party.

To configure eForms settings for a patient:

Select an option:

• In the Patient List or Patient window:Select eForms > Patient Settings from the Options section of the Express bar.

• In the Scheduler:Click on an appointment, and select eForms Settings from the options panel at the left side of the window.

The Patient eForms Settings window is displayed.
