Changing the Display Order of Conditions

To dictate the display order of conditions:

1. Select System > Customize Medical History. The Medical Conditions List window is displayed.

2. Press Enter, and click Change Order. The Select and Sort Conditions To Be Displayed window is displayed. Conditions that are not currently displayed in the Medical History window are displayed in the Hidden Conditions section, and conditions that are currently displayed in the Medical History window are displayed in the Displayed Conditions section.

3. Select an option:

4. To display conditions in alphabetical order:Click Sort Alphabetically.

5. To change the location of a condition:Select the condition and click Move Up or Move Down.
