Canceling Appointments
When you cancel an appointment, the appointment information is saved temporarily to enable you to:
To cancel an appointment, select an option:

From the Single Day View window:Click an appointment and click Cancel. Type a reason for the cancellation, and click Cancel Appointment.

From the Weekly View window:Click an appointment and click Cancel. Type a reason for the cancellation, and click Cancel Appointment.

From the Patient List window:Select a patient and select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Patient Appointments window is displayed. Select an appointment and click Cancel Appt.

From the Patient window:Select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Patient Appointments window is displayed. Select an appointment and click Cancel Appt.
