Using the Auto Scheduler

You can auto schedule an appointment from several areas of the software:

Select an option:

• To auto schedule an appointment from the Patient List window:To auto schedule an appointment from the Patient List window:Select the patient for whom to schedule the appointment and select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar. The Patient Appointments window is displayed. Select Auto Schedule from the Options section of the Express bar.

• To auto schedule an appointment from the Patient window:To auto schedule an appointment from the Patient window:Select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar. The Patient Appointments window is displayed. Select Auto Schedule from the Options section of the Express bar.

• To auto schedule an appointment from the Account List window:To auto schedule an appointment from the Account List window:Select the account with which the patient is associated and select Patient from the Options section of the Express bar. The Patients List window is displayed. Select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar. The Patient Appointments window is displayed. Select Auto Schedule from the Options section of the Express bar.

• To auto schedule an appointment from the Account window:To auto schedule an appointment from the Account window:Select Patient from the Options section of the Express bar. The Patients List window is displayed. Select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar. The Patient Appointments window is displayed. Select Auto Schedule from the Options section of the Express bar.

• To auto schedule an appointment from the Single Day View or Weekly View windows:To auto schedule an appointment from the Single Day View or Weekly View windows:Type a name in the Search list, select the patient, and click the Auto Scheduler icon.

The Auto Scheduler window is displayed.
