If you are scheduling an appointment in the Single Day View or Weekly View windows, a warning message is displayed if the appointment does not meet the specified color requirements for the time slots. This message is displayed only when using Ideal Day scheduling.

Does not prevent you from scheduling the appointment
Only informs you of the circumstance.
