Running the Alphabetical Schools List Report

The Alphabetical Schools List report generates a list of schools in the database. The list is sorted alphabetically.

Sample Report

For each school, the report includes:

• Identification number

• Name

• Address

• Contact person

To run the Alphabetical Schools List report:

1. Select Reports > Insurance > Alphabetical School. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select an output option and click OK. The Schools By Name Report Setup window is displayed.

3. Select the starting and ending school names to include in the report from the drop-down lists.

4. To use color shading in the printed report, select Include Color Shading.

5. Click OK.
