Adding a Clinical Condition

To add a user-defined clinical condition:

1. Select List > Clinical Conditions. The Clinical Conditions List window is displayed.

2. Click Add. The Clinical Conditions window is displayed.

3. Type the condition name and description.

4. If a tooth, surface, or quadrant is required, select it from the Tooth/Surface/Quad drop-down list.

5. Click OK.

• You cannot delete clinical conditions. Mark unused conditions inactive.
